Include the page URL, the statement you believe is incorrect and a supporting source. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or Agoda account credentials.

What happens to a correction?

Our standard is to check the evidence, correct substantiated errors and remove unsupported claims. Relevant source or editorial dates are updated when that information changes. We do not promise a response time that has not been established.

Booking help

For a reservation or refund, use the support route in your Agoda booking confirmation. StayMatch cannot access your booking or process a refund.
